How to Cook It:

  1. Preheat: Set your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a small baking dish

  2. Mix Dry: In a bowl, stir together 2 cups of oats and a pinch of salt (add cinnamon if you have it!)

  3. Mix Wet: In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs, 2 cups of milk, and 2 tablespoons of honey

  4. Combine: Pour the dry oats into the baking dish, then pour the wet mixture over them. Stir gently to make sure all oats are wet

  5. Top & Bake: Scatter your sliced strawberries on top. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden
